Townsville Rockers Dance Group
(previously Townsville Dance On Rock'n'Roll Group)
We are a Social group of people, looking to share our love of dance with others. We are a not for profit social Dance group that provides Rock n Roll dance classes and Social dancing events for everyone to enjoy.
We are a Volunteer group of people who instruct, not a dance studio. We conduct Dance Classes on a Tuesday night at the Cutheringa Bowls Club at 8 Harold St, West End, 4810, Townsville, Queensland, Australia. The classes are of Basic and Intermediate levels with partner and social dancing. Everyone of all ages are very welcome to join us, singles, partners, and supervised children.
Our group motto is Fun, Friendliness, and Friendship.
We have group shirts available for purchase. There are no group membership fees, but you must be at least a social member of the Cutheringa Bowls Club in accordance with Queensland government regulations on clubs.
Lessons are $5.00 for the night, bring your own drinks to stay hydrated. With supply bottle water, tea and coffee at minimal cost.
We are always looking for people who would like to volunteer any time they have, for the set up of dances, clean up after events or people who would like to be an instructor.

WHEN: Every Tuesday evening 6:30 - 9:15 PM.
COST: Entry is $5 per head for the whole night. (Tea, coffee and water supplied at minimal cost)
