About Us
After 7 wonderful years at Cutheringa Bowls Club, Townsville Rockers have unfortunately been forced to leave our home due to increased hall hire costs and additional restrictions placed upon us by the management committee.
While this chapter is ending on a disappointing note, we want to focus on the many great memories we have shared together over the years. We have met so many amazing people, watched dancers grow in confidence and ability, and created lifelong friendships along the way. Most importantly, we have shared countless nights of fun, laughter, music, and dancing.
To everyone who has supported Townsville Rockers throughout this journey — thank you. Your friendship, encouragement, and love of dancing have meant the world to us.
At this stage, until Townsville Rockers secure a new suitable venue, there will be no Monday, Tuesday, or Friday night dances or classes.
We sincerely hope this is not goodbye, but simply the end of one chapter before the next begins. Keep dancing, and we hope to see you all again very soon.
